These are just a few of the many terms and words we hear when it comes to hiring someone to fill a position in a company. They all apply because they are all part of a single, all-encompassing human resources management process called recruitment.
Human resource management's main goal is to find the right person for the right position. This is because an organization's capability is mostly determined by its workforce's capability. Employers throughout the world are beginning to feel that an intelligent staff is a key to an organization's success, thus the traditional concept that capital is the key to an organization's advancement is no longer valid. Of course, quality performance starts and ends with people. However, the most challenge for a unit of time managers isn't to pick out the proper folks however to seek out and reach these folks and encourage them to use as future job seekers.
An accomplishment agency provides primary contact with its potential workers. An effective recruitment policy and the process should be in place to inform candidates about job possibilities and encourage them to apply for open positions. The quality and size of the pool of applicants created by the recruitment process can be used to gauge its effectiveness (grouping applicants based on job type).
A good recruitment strategy should educate qualified people about job opportunities, create a positive image of the company, provide adequate information about the job so that applicants can match their qualifications and needs, and to pique the interest of the most qualified people.
