It includes various terms, which are selection and motivation. According to the recruitment and selection policy, the skills acquisition process begins with recruitment and continues until activation and motivation with selection.

We can explain the term choice as well as motivation. Selection is the process of selecting the best person for a position. Recruitment is about attraction and selection is about choice.  Recruitment Policy - Provides a framework for sequencing, consolidating, managing, and monitoring recruitment efforts, either as a single specific policy or as a set of policies used. Essential recruitment policy requirements include full compliance with state as well as internal regulations and standards, some measurement of policy effectiveness, a review and revision mechanism, clearly defined objectives and awareness of the nature and scope of available recruitment resources.

Next step is selecting the most productive and suitable person according to the requirements of the job vacancy, and it can be done by assessing the candidates by various tools or measures and making a rational choice followed by an offer of employment.
