  • Smartphones –Smartphones are the easiest way to connect to the world today. One can access any page, and recruiters use this to interact and provide information about their company to prospective clients.
  • Social media – This is the age of Facebook and Twitter. Since many people use these platforms in their daily lives, they can use these media effectively to connect with prospective candidates. This is a cheaper method and also gives you a larger number of candidates.
  • Event recruitment – Companies sponsor events that reflect their ethics and values. They do so to gain popularity by showing their association with such values. Many like-minded people are part of such events and it is a good way to reach a wider audience.
